Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 in 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die manufacturer, who employed as a laborer for a manufacturing company. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are her three siblings. Stone was thought to be an academically talented child when she began in the second grade at age five. She was a graduate of Saegertown High School located in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone take home Miss Crawford County. Stone was moved to New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt, to pursue a career as models. In just a few months, Stone signed up for the Ford Modeling Agency. After spending a year in Milan and Paris the model moved to Europe. Stone was, however, dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. Stone decided to keep her acting career going as an actress while she was in Europe. The film of Woody Allen, "Stardust Memories", received mixed reviews in her 20s.
