Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican-born American who was born and raised within El Paso. Comes from a family with entertainment genes. As a young girl growing up, she was around television show hosts, including her sister Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! Since the age of a child her family was in the company of television hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's DespiertaAmerica! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the country. SCE's top priorities are worker safety, corporate security, as well as business resilience. He manages the various programs and initiatives at SCE. Martinez provides safety managers throughout all areas of the company mentoring, top-quality training and guidance in achieving the safety goals of their specific work groups. Prior to taking on his current position Martinez was director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Before that, he worked as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. During the 30 years he spent at SCE, Martinez held various posts as a leader in various programs that aimed to improve performance as well as corrections. The positions included those in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS which focused on protecting the safety for employees as well as the public.
