Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress who is known for her roles in films and television in a variety of categories. Her work was recognized with numerous prizes, among them her Daytime Emmy Award as well as the National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. Anne Lockhart is an American actress. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6th, 1953. She is most well-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the daughter and granddaughter of daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career at the age of four.
